Since Missanova’s official debut in the Toronto and Hamilton underground scene, she has been making waves with her addicting punching groove and funky kicks. While her style varies between sultry saxophones and open hats to grimy basslines and thumping beats, she loves to ascend and descend through the tech house and techno genres to satisfy various cravings. Missanova’s signature blue lipstick and dark clothing have become a crowd favorite, making her a recognizable face in the underground movement. Her mastery of funk and groove creates a unique atmosphere and vibe that is sure to get you clapping and bobbing on the dance floor at every one of her shows.

Intrigued by scratching, breakbeats, and vynl sets, Igor Vasev evolved from top 40’s and his desire for electronic music was born. Facinated by ideas coming in and being able to momentarily create his own sound, Igor Vasev began his love fot expressing himself through spinning. Vasev’s passion and free spirit radiates when he’s on the decks. Starting at Studio L14, Opening for Walker&Royce, getting dark in 77’s underground, groovin on the Hamilton Boat Cruise and vibin at Modrn for SundayChills. His style versatility seperates and makes him different from others. From Techno and TechHouse to Trance and PsyTrance, his whole mind, body and soul are put into his work. In his words, “You get into a flow and songs begin to flawlessly form together, it’s a wave of euphoria you can just ride. You see the way people react and feel enjoyment to something you almost create. Its almost like the feeling of ‘pass the aux’.

Jace was influenced by dance music at the early age of eleven. Hip-Hop and then later on House and Techno became the norm for him to be playing on his stereo. Early musical influences for Jace included: NWA, Public Enemy, EPMD, Armand Van Helden and Plastikman. In 1992, Jace purchased turntables and a mixer for his expanding vinyl collection. This purchase only increased his thirst for more music. Through the nineties, Jace compiled a massive record collection made up of hip-hop, house, trance and techno. The diverse sounds that Jace has listened to in the past have allowed him to use many different sounds in the music he produces. Jace has been a recognizable face on the Southern Ontario techno scene for a number of years now. He maintains a steady calendar of gigs around Southern Ontario; mainly in Toronto, London and Kitchener-Waterloo. Jace has a unique blend of techno that has won him fans all over the world, as he has played at nightclubs and parties in Las Vegas, Orlando Fla, Madison Wis. Zurich Switzerland and Hannover Germany. On the local scene, Jace has his own bi-weekly night at Kitchener-Waterloo’s foremost underground club, The Revolution. This opportunity to promote and DJ a night has allowed Jace to meet and work with other DJs and promoters. What strikes fans and colleagues alike is the fact that Jace is so approachable and knowledgeable. Jace has had many successes in his local scene and is always looking for new places to showcase his talent

Moe Bass is a brother duo from Toronto consisting of the sounds of deejays Billy Bass and Moe Jackson. Between the two they have played their unique brand of techno and tech house blend throughout Toronto’s underground. Everywhere from Comfort zone, to One Loft, Bassline, and even the late Guvernment.

Hugo M was introduced to music at a very young age growing up with an entire family with musical capabilities. His earliest recognition with House music takes him back to trippin 1-2 and 3 from MC Flipside and cream anthems 95-2000s (to name a few). In 2006, he got a hold of his first pair of CD turntables, but it wasn’t until May of 2010 that he decided to perform live and just months after this surge of courage with his colleague Jeff Gomes they created Allure Entertainment. They worked hard with a team of DJs and promoters to make a name for not only themselves but Allure.

The hard work definitely has paid off for Hugo, earning him DJ slots in clubs all over the map such as Toronto, Montreal, Dominican Republic, Hamilton, NYC, Niagara Falls, St Catharines and his most recent debut at Push Ultra Lounge in Tampa Florida. He not only performs at clubs but also outdoor festivals & his favourite, boat cruises. He has put a lot of effort into the Hamilton boat cruises with his events partner which are now going on 7 years strong with over 20 cruises under his belt. Hugo has also learned a lot from performing alongside top DJs such as; Green Velvet, Nathan Barrato, Carlo Lio, D-Unity, Umek, Rafa Barrios, Adrian Hour, Claptone, Prok & Fitch, Oscar L, Chris Lake, Low Steppa, Walker & Royce, Laidback Luke, Will Clarke, Loud Luxury, Shiba San, Croatia Squad, Koen Groeneveld, Saeed Younan, D Ramirez, Pirupa, Funkagenda, Harry Romero, Sydney Blu, Matt Lange, Chris Lorenzo, Billy Kenny, Kryder, Felix Cartal, Hunter Siegel, Popof, Dekoze, Jerome Robins, Flipside, Zeds Dead, Jay Frog, Atroxx, Mark Oliver, Manzone and Strong, Addy, Jay Force & so many more talented dj/producers. Hugo Matos is definitely attacking the scene with full force and his efforts and talents are being recognized.
